Two Paths to Your 95/5 Upgrade
- Close a single transaction that generates $10,000+ GCI.
- Jump to a 95/5 split immediately.
- Close your first two standard sales transactions at a competitive 90/10 split.
- You instantly jump to 95/5 as soon as you either hit $10,000 in combined GCI or successfully close your second sales transaction.
Lock In Your Preferred Split (This is not a cap): The $10,000 GCI milestone is simply the trigger that unlocks your better split—it is not a cap. You do not give Firelight $10,000. Instead, once you hit this milestone or complete your second closing, your rate permanently upgrades to 95/5 on all remaining transactions until your annual renewal date. Firelight will continue to keep a tiny 5% split on every deal you close for the rest of your contract year.
